<image:title>Acupunture - Acupuncture is an alternative medical practice that typically entails using very thin needles to stimulate certain points on the body. It helps to alleviate pain, as well as treat various health conditions, restoring balance to the body and healthy function to all the organs and systems within you. It is done by stimulating acupuncture points, which are otherwise known as acupoints. It is used to release the blockage and stimulate the body’s natural healing response. The needles just rest there, or sometimes they are attached to a battery-powered stimulator, which causes a gentle tingle. The needle is left for 10 to 20 minutes before simply being taken out again. The patient often feels relaxed for a few hours, even a bit sleepy. Then he or she may notice that the symptoms feel a bit better-though, just as likely, not after only one treatment. This performance is repeated once a week for a course of six or eight treatments, and in most cases, the symptoms gradually disappear.</image:title>

<image:title>Cupping - Cupping is an ancient healing therapy that some people use to ease the pain. A provider places cups on your back, arms, legs, or other parts of your body. Inside the cup, a vacuum or suction force pulls the skin upward. Suction from cupping draws fluid into the treated area. The force expands and breaks open tiny blood vessels under the skin. Your body treats the cupping area like an injury. It sends more blood to the area to stimulate the natural healing process. After the cupping, you will have round bruise-like marks that fade in a week or two.</image:title>

      <image:title>Orthotics - Custom Foot Orthotics</image:title>
<image:caption>Orthotics are health care products custom-designed to provide support and correct abnormalities that occur in the body due to poor foot biomechanics. Foot orthotics are designed to support, align, and improve the function of your feet and lower limbs while walking or participating in physical activities. You will need a gait analysis and foot exam to determine what type of orthotics is best suited for you. A 3D Ipad scanner will scan your feet and then sent them to the lab for production. Common conditions that orthotics can help with are: Plantar Fasciitis Heel Spurs Achilles Tendonitis Metatarsalgia Morton’s Neuroma Shin Splints Over pronation (Flat Feet) Over supination High Arches Knee Pain</image:caption>

      <image:title>braces - Support Brace</image:title>
<image:caption>A Support Brace is a device that a person wears to assist with their daily function, reduce pain, or improve efficiency in a task that they want to get back to. Support braces can be used around the knee, ankle, elbow, lower back, and wrist, as a shortlist of examples. These braces may help the person by providing guidance to movement throughout the joint, improving stability, decreasing weight-bearing through painful areas of the joint, or limiting muscular/tendon contraction in that specific area. This type of assistance can improve a person’s functional capabilities.</image:caption>
